Pizza Man
Written by Darlene Craviotto
Pizza Man, by Darlene Craviotto, is a dark comedy about life, love, and...well, rape. Julie Rogers, an attractive woman in her late twenties, is having a bad day and because she denied a pass from her boss, has been given the pink slip at work. Now she sits at home drinking the pain away. Her roommate comes home in a panic. Her boyfriend has gone back to his wife and she turns to food for emotional support. Julie suggests they rape a man to vent their male frustrations. ANY man. Why not? If a man can do it, why can’t a woman? Enter a pizza delivery man, who decides to come in and have a beer with them. As the night unfolds, the heat turns up, as well as the comedic commentary.

Amazing performance. I thought that they really brought an entertaining performance to the fringe. It was funny as hell and had a message too.... but it was not too preachy. Feminism is so sexy. I would reccomend it to anyone. It is a must see!

FG  3 Stars!
Pretty good acting, but the play and the writing is so out dated. I think they tried to put a modern spin on it, but it did not work with the writing. And Men can be, and are raped everyday.

J Dexter  5 Stars!

DenverDave  3 Stars!
well-acted by the two lead women, but the show description in the catalog is a spoiler, and since you know whats coming, the piece kind of drags.

Patty Perez  5 Stars!
