EARLY BIRD SPECIAL!!! First 25% of slots in each category are first come, first serve. The rest will be entered into the general lottery to be drawn on February 19, 2009 at The Big Fringe Lottery Party. So apply early and be sure to get in on the fun!
Performers in any genre are encouraged to apply.
