Dear Fringe Enthusiast,

We've had a fun first weekend of the festival! And there's still more fun, art, madness and beauty to come...

Read on to find out about the shows playing today and tomorrow, a list of changes and cancellations, as well as some fun photos of the past few days. Get out there and start Fringing!

2006 FRINGE-FEST PHOTO GALLERY

Just a couple of Highlights from the past few days:

• Joan Bruemmer of "Maria Est Perdue" covered in V8.



• Sophie Nimmanit of "Arachne" introduces one of her co-stars to Eddy the Eskimo.



• Crowds swarming to get into shows at the Dairy Center for the Arts.




• A lovely technician at the Boulder Co-op Commons.



• A man spare-changing to buy Fringe tickets. His sign reads "Trying to Pay for tickets to Fringe Events. All Donations Appreciated. Theater Lover!" (He later became a volunteer!)



Below are a list of all of the Festival's cancellations and changes that have taken place since the program went to print:

Cancellations of a Company's entire run
hinge's "The Reunion Tour" has been CANCELED
Lindsay Caron's "An Arizona Story" has been CANCELED
Staats Performance Work's "Into the Gloaming" has been CANCELED

Cancellations of individual shows.
Kim Olson/Sweet Edge's show "Can't Get There from Here" on Monday, August 21st at 6:30pm and Tuesday, August 22nd at 9:00pm.

Mercurial's show "Backlit" on Monday, August 21st at 8:30pm.

The Gangster and the Prankster's show "The Gangster and the Prankster" on Saturday, August 26th at 8:30pm.

Other Burger Theatre's show "Completely Satisfied Men" on Sunday, August 27th at 5:00pm.
