Greg Tobo’s shows are always fun!
I’ve attended Gregg’s shows at the Fringe Festival in the past, and he’s a stellar performer, storyteller, and magician!
Greg is an outstanding entertainer. This is not the normal “magic show”. Greg will amaze and educate all at the same time.
I’ve seen Tobo’s shows before! He’s great! This year’s show is definitely a great “date night” show to attend.
Great “date night” show to attend!
Great “date night” show to attend this year!
Greg put on a wonderful show. He did a masterful job of mixing in story telling with his magic, and kept the audience actively involved with his tricks. Thoroughly entertaining! Great show to bring the whole family to.
We saw Gregg last night and my girlfriend kept saying “He’s messing with my world order” because Gregg bends the laws of physics over and over! His stories are entertaining and smoothly delivered and his magic is awe-inspiring. Now I understand why it’s a show for adults and children because he really does cater to both beautifully!
I saw Greg Tobo’s prestidigitation and magic show last night and I was truly amazed. His art is a wonder to behold. I honestly have not the foggiest idea how he does what he does.
He tells stories that are funny or touching. He explains the history of magic, talks about great illusions of the past and interacts effortlessly with his audience. And all the while he is making impossible things happen right in front of you. This show is a treat for anybody, no matter if you’re a kid or a grandparent. You won’t believe your eyes.
I’ve seen Gregg’s magic show a few times, so I wasn’t surprised at how good he was. Nor was I surprised at how much the audience loved him. I looked forward to his wonderful storytelling that draws you in and makes the magic a whole other experience and he didn’t disappoint. I still don’t know how he does this stuff because he’s incredibly skilled, not only as a magician, but as a true entertainer!
I’ve attended several of Gregg’s Fringe Festival shows and am always astonished. I appreciate Gregg’s quiet, intelligent way of entertaining; not much flash and fire, but lots of insightful interesting magical history woven into an entertaining, smart monologue. I especially enjoyed his engagement with the little boy instructing him how to hold the chrome ring. it’s gets better and better, can’t wait till next year.
Gregg did it…. he made time disappear. Great stories and even better magic.
What a wonderful show for children and adults! Something for everyone. Superb storytelling, entertaining and educational at the same time. Some really unusual magical tricks that astound and delight. Be sure to buy your tickets online before or come early, because his show sold out quickly on Saturday afternoon.
Oops, I meant to say, sold out on Sunday afternoon. My, how time flies when you’re having fun!
Terrific show. Just go see it. You’ll have a fantastic time.
This is what the Fringe and entertainment are all about! Gregg is one of my favorites — not only of the Fringe but of any show I see throughout the year. You will be transported, astonished, and impressed.
This was the first time that I saw Greg perform. He is a fabulous magician and a wonderful story teller. Overall, an excellent show.
wow, Wow, WOW!!! I’ve seen Gregg’s show several times and it’s incredible how each show is different, each story funnier than the last, and every prestidigitation is mesmerizing and clever. Thanks Gregg, look forward to next year!
Greg is definitely “Astonishing” clever and very talented… I highly recommend the show…
Gregg is a terrific story teller. The way he weaves his story with an amazing feat of magic is wonderfully entertaining. An enjoyable night. Thanks Gregg!
We saw Gregg’s show on Friday night. It was a wonderful show. We have seen his shows several times over the past few years. This show lives up to his past shows. Great magic, humor, intelligant script lots of fun.
I highly recomend this show go out and see it while you can.

This is a special combination of great storytelling and great magic. See it while you can!
this messed with my world. which is what a good magic show should do.
Some very nice storytelling helps elevate a not-so-spectacular array of tricks. Perfect for the kids, who became a very real part of the show. Sit close to the front, and watch it through their eyes…
This is card table magic. Coins, rings, keys. The execution is generally strong though only a few tricks occur in the hour with too much dialogue for my taste. I would much have preferred a faster paced more complex assortment of magic.
By far the high point both in quality and interacting with the kids was the rings trick. We know about magic interlocking rings but Greg does things that challenge explanation.
On the other hand the keys was process was tediously slow and the knife was not a grand finale.
This was a change of pace from monologues and music and as such served well enough… but I wanted more.
Disappointed that we were told this was going to be a dramatic performance instead of just a kids magic show. Gregg had no personality whatsoever and had a monotone voice that would send anyone to sleep. Not impressed by the tricks.
